Winter Rain began with the green of a sunset, a color that seems to be both present and absent in the later hours of the day. The idea to explore heartbreak and liminality through the imagery of
decomposition was a natural next step. Illustrated by tableaus depicting the stagnant growth and dissonance of place, this song aims at the wintry stillness of losing the one you love.
